I have most of the Hard Rock chips and all of the silver strikes. As to the missing elements, I've looked at all the web sites I know about and can't find some of the NCV's, the July 4 with drum on both sides, the Tom Petty error, the $2 music note. Any ideas as to how to complete the collection?
