Andy, Based on your three posts last night, I just want to make sure I'm understanding you correctly:

1. You feel that the right of free speech is an absolute right, even when that speech might possibly harm an innocent person?

2. While you would not hesitate to say to a man's face what you would say about him in a public forum, you do not feel that you are obligated to do the former when doing the latter?

3. You feel that if you can look at a situation and be reasonably certain about the mindset and intentions of the person you intend to criticise, you have no obligation to inform him of your public comments attacking his integrity?

Is that a fair summary of your comments?
