David, the only one I know about for sure is the Hollywood Club chip, which was in fact in Toledo, operated by the Detroit mob.

I've always felt that The Chalet chip was from an illegal club, not the Reno club of the same name, but I have no solid information to confirm it.

Unfortunately from what I've heard, the records of B. C. Wills Co., which hotstamped the smkey chips, have been destroyed. What a shame - those records would have told us a lot!
