Hi Ralph.
I had the same problem yesterday with the "search" button. It wouldn't let me do anything either. Then later on it came back up.
If you go up to the top of the Ebay menu, click on the "help" button, then when that opens, scroll down to where it says "selling". After you open that up, then you can see the menu that says "learn how to sell", then go down to the bottom of that page, and they have a place where it says "ask Ebay".
Then the next page says "to contact support".
Just follow the instructions from there.
I have emailed them before, and they do help, but it may take a few hours before they get back to you. But you should get an answer.
