Andy, in reference to a prior thread, the "experts" at the convention thought that an such an ad as this is not misleading. The seller is not lying by omitting certain facts. Apparently the board members agree with the experts as they are mute on the subject.

Let the novice beware and don't rely on the club to intervene.
