The Federal Trade Commission and various state agencies prohibit retailers from falsely advertising (for example) a "75% off sale," when one item in the store is priced at 75% off and the rest are 10% off. It's misleading.
Does GCB have a similar rule for casinos? In other words, can a casino purchase one "99.75% payback" machine, and then advertise "Loosest slots in town: 99.75% payback!" when the other 875 machines in the casino pay only 80%?
