So you admit that the seller is within eBay rules? When you say he's "wrong" then, what kind of "wrong" are you referring to? Moral wrong? Social wrong?

The high bid was just over $100.00. Perhaps he would have seen sniping action, perhaps not. I guess you want him to "gamble" on what the final auction price would be? Why?
