I think that you should definitely notify ebay. Ebay rules do not allow you to
pull an auction if someone emails you a higher bid...if there are no bids on an
auction, it is okay to pull the auction. The guy holding the auction has 15 positive comments and no negatives. The simple solution is that the guy who is
willing to pay $400 should just bid for the chip. I think that this is worth
an email to ebay. By the way, it is a very good chip!!
