... check in tomorrow; walk Friday-Saturday-Sunday. Sixty miles (roughly) from San Jose to San Francisco. I will be walking with my daughter Risa and youngest son Sean.

Will be home tomorrow night, but once the walk itself starts Friday morning, I will be incognito until Sunday night, as we will be walking all day and sleeping in tents at night. No computers. No television. Even cell phones are prohibited during the walking hours.

This is a fund-raising event to benefit victims of breast cancer. They are being held this year in seven major metropolitan areas; besides the San Francisco Bay Area, they are:

Washington DC ----- Los Angeles ----- Boston ----- Atlanta ----- Chicago
and the Big Apple. Some of these have already been held.
