... and enforcible, I think, just about anywhere. I also think eBay would be unhappy to hear about this (if for no other reason than the possibility they will lose all or some of the fee they might otherwise receive). Without actually looking it up, I nevertheless feel fairly sure that cancelling the auction for the reason stated would violate eBay's rules. If this does sour (I see at the moment that the auction is still live), I would definitely complain to Safe Harbor. ----- jim o\-S
