Don, in addition to checking the Club website, I believe you'll find the answers to your questions in "The Chip Rack." We've tried to indicate which chips are fakes, counterfeits, souvenirs, or suspected as not legitimate.
We've also included a lengthy note in the back of the book (see pages 346-347 of TCR7) explaining the Borland counterfeit situation.
I personally believe that the Lucky Nevada Club chips are real and legitimate. I'll do some additional research and will post later.
