Bob--
Your original post say the Board had no interest in seeing records become available because it could cost them personal gain. When I asked for specifics you totally ignored the records issue and started talking about people fixing prices and limiting membership. Thanks for proving my point that your comments were obviously ramblings from someone who has no idea what they are talking about or you would have addressed the issue.
As for the issue about price fixing and limiting membership you can't be talking about the Board because I know what they have done to help the membership grow and the numbers prove it out. What facts do you have to the contrary? As for price fixing, are you accusing the Board members of trying to fix prices? That's a serious allegation, back it up.
You have put three issues on the table; personal gain by board members, price fixing, and efforts to limit membership. If any of your accusations are not BS then I suggest you post some facts. Until then you ought to remember the expression "it's better to keep your mouth shut and let eveything think you a fool rather than opening your mouth and proving them right"!
As for me being privy to candid conversations I will assure I spend everyday talking with many individuals in this hobby who care about the hobby, who are knowledgeable about the hobby, and who certainly have more knowledge of what is going on in the market than you or your "sources" which have never provided you with accurate information.
Seems to me it's time for you to provide the members who are reading this some facts or stop posting accusations that only serve to make you and the hobby look foolish. What's it going to be?
