Your absolutely correct Jim, but that was not the point in question. David's and my point addressed the ethical and possible legal question of leaving out certain fact's regarding a item for sale which drastically affected the value of the chip. This omission, in our opinion, is the same as stating the untruth.

I realize of course, that if the "expert" were president of the U. S., then all this wouldn't matter, as he would probably answer, "It all depends upon what the word truth is." <g>
