I believe there are other ethical aspects to this chip. Some of us in the hobby do not believe this chip to be from the Thunderbird in Las Vegas. There were other Thunderbird casinos; one located in the midwest. Just because a chip is listed as being from Las Vegas doesn't make it so!!!

Rene offered me the chip for $25.00 - I passed, explaining to him I believe it was worth less. Why? Quantity found AND there is some doubt as to where the chip is from.

The point of my post IS shouldn't collectors ALSO raise the possibility the chip IS NOT a Vegas chip? In other words, where does individual responsibility start and stop in regards to a particular chip????? Nice seeing you, Best - Jim
