Here it goes:
Rene,
Thank you for finally admitting in writing that you were the one that emailed the bidder of the Thunderbird Chip. I have forwarded all that information to ebay, and to the FCC. You cannot use a web site to gain information to, and to interfere with free commerce. Especially when you were dumb enough to state that you would be offering these chips for sale yourself on the net. Do yourself a favor and mind your own business. I have contacted my lawyer, sure is great having one in the family, and I am going to pursue this matter to the fullest, up to and including small claims, since there is no telling what I lost by your interference. I may be able to claim the full $2000 book value of the chip, since you interferred with the auction and caused me to lose bids and money.
DEAN
That was it.
Now this guy is jerk.
I would love to meet him face to face. But i guess Skip knows his #'s and stuff so i guess we should pay him a visit. Guys like him ruin the hobby. He rips of People. This guy screwed so many people already that He has to wear the name TONY on shirt at the convention instead of his real name.
I could care less if he sues me. I know i did the right thing. I watch people's court all the time and their are moral issues. Any judge in their right mind will award him $25 because that's what the chip retails for. And i am sure i can get 5 or 10 chippers at witnesses. I bid on some of his auctions in the past. But what he does is just wrong.
Imagine their are many chippers out there that will treat themselves to a $300 or $400 chip once every 6 month. Get a special piece for their collections. Imagine how it must feel if you deal with a guy like dean and he charges you $400 and then find out its worth $25. Well that sucks. Makes you wanna collect something else. I am proud of what i did and will do it anyday again. And i will try to get a Thunderbird $5 chip online tonite
