Well, David, that's not exactly what was said at the "Ask The Masters" seminar. Complete information was not included in your question.
I've looked at both the Thunderbird chip lot descriptions cited here on Greg's Chipboard, and will be having much more to say about both of them.
Let me reiterate what I believe I said during the seminar: if representations are made in a lot description (we didn't have the wording of the lot description available at the seminar), those representations must be truthful and not misleading. The Club's Code of Ethics is, in my opinion, violated if lot descriptions are other than truthful and not misleading. I don't recall any other panel member saying otherwise.
