Thunderbird chip auction considering the
circumstances...especially if he is the current sole
sourse of the material with all the true facts. I
can only suggest (as I do when I contact a bidder
during an auction when I feel it's important to do
so) that eBay also be informed at the same time with
the same exact e-mail message. I seriously doubt
eBay will take any action against anyone who
rightfully attempted to protect their customers in
such a situation as this providing there was no
solicitation involed...but knowing Rene..... <G>
