First of all, it is certainly unfair to blame the club for the price gouging that is occuring on Ebay with this new find of T-bird chips. I did a search on Ebay for the chip & found that there now are or have been 8 auctions by 6 different sellers during the past 3 days or so. 6 individuals is hardly representative of a club that numbers several thousand.

Finally, Rene DID post a warning here on this board. I know of no other or no better place to post a warning than right here. Contacting the bidders of an auction that is currently underway is probably unethical & Ebay probably calls it interfering with an auction. Maybe these bidders should read the board everyday like I & a lot of other people do & they would have read the warning. What is it they say, BUYER BEWARE?
