I agree completely. I do not remember such an announcement. I can't speak for the Board but I think it is unrealistic to try to enforce a "no exchange of cash policy". The only things I concern myself with are members (dealer or non-dealer) bringing so much stuff they are monopolizing their area to the detriment of other members or dealers using the swap session as an extension of the show floor.
