Steve, According to Nevada state sales tax regulations, anyone who receives auction lots within the state is liable for the Nevada sales tax. Collecting tax is the proper way to handle these transactions. The club could be liable if tax is not collected from the winner bidders.

We have set up a system in which the lots can be shipped. Shipping costs including insurance will be charged.
