Talk is CHEAP... (until you retain a lawyer!)

I'd bet a box of donuts that no REAL "legal" action will ever happen. Different states, different jurisdictions, etc. The costs would quickly exceed the price of the chip. It would be the old "Cut off your nose to spite your face" thing. Now if the buyer was talking about CCGTCC action and sanctions when he says "legal", that is feasible and more practical.

My experienced guess is that IF is is resolved, it will be through this board and the emails that are going on in the background... NOT any hollow talk or threats of "legal action".
