I never lost anything, but one day I came home to find one of those plastic bags in the mail with a envelope torn in half. The Chips were undamaged, but the envelope was torn and twisted beyond recognition (Thats why I now use bubble mailers).

Fortunately the chips were OK and they weren't very expensive. The Dealer was someone was is very reputable and I know that if they had been lost or damaged he would have replaced them without a second thought.

But that moment of anxiety when I opened the bag and expected to find my little chips crushed into dust was not pleasant.
