I have had numerous emails back & forth with the man who posted an offer on this Board to sell the $25 Cure Chip....In his final email, he absolutely REFUSED to send another chip or return the payment. He did offer to split the loss 50-50.....however, I feel that this is a question of integrity & honesty among chip dealers and, therfore, a compromise would be a lowering of the standards that the rest of us deem as the norm. He further went on to demand that I never contact him or speak his name to anyone, under the threat of slander.

I DO intend to pursue this to the full extent of the law, as I believe that any honest dealer would rectify the situation to his customer , regardless of any personal loss.

The seller even went so far as accusing me of receiving the chip and attempting to "extort" money from him with veiled threats when I told him of my intentions.

Since my first posting Bennie Mancino (Casinochips4U) has generously offered another $25 Cure Chip at an ever lower price! He's just another example of the care & concern that I've seen amongst chippers...they are definitely a unique group! <G>
