There is an eBay auction currently running which advertises the chip on the left as being from the 1960s. I have been told that the chip on the right is definitely from the 1980s. Now if it is a 60s chip it's worth $60. An 80s chip is worth $3.

My question is: is the chip on the left the same as the one on the right, or is there some small difference that makes it a 1960s chip.
