i always insure my higher ticket items. this gives me piece of mind. just in the last 2 weeks, a package to kyle gorman that was insured , never made it to him. i sent him out a new package and will file a claim with the post office. unless insurance is offered and denied by buyer, seller is responsible for refund or replacement.
