IMHO, title to the chip does not pass until you receive the chip (take possession); unless you and the seller agreed to different terms prior to shipment. The question of insurance is not the issue. The seller of the chip has the responsibility to deliver the chip to you in an acceptable (by you) condition. I am not a lawyer but it seems to me the answer is Business Law 101 <g>. Best, Jim
