What is the Phil Jensen collection?

I've noticed that there have been chips on ebay advertising chips from this collection. Correct me please, wasn't the original Phil Jensen collection a number of dynamite chips that had originally been stolen out of Phil's apartment in Reno and reclaimed in 1992? I've seen color copies of what remained before the chips were returned to Phil and I think 70-80% of them I've never seen. Do we know how many chips were stolen, recovered, sold, ...?

Not knowing Phil I've only briefly asked him a question or two and I think he's collecting tokens and silver strikes now. I ask this question because I'm sure I'm not the only one who wonders about the full story behind Phil and his chips. And does the PJ Collection refer to only a few chips or those that at one time were owned by Phil?
