Just want to state forcefully I did not state nor do I believe the seller of this chip is dishonest. Indeed if we're to accept the theory that has been advanced that "rare" is just good marketing then one could translate the title of the message to be that the bidder was suckered by good marketing. Ever heard the phrase "I'm a sucker for a pretty girl"? It doesn't imply dishonesty nor did my post.
