Were they aware of your documented medical condition? Doesn't sound like a "reasonable accomodation" was made for you.

I have a friend who is legally blind. We play poker and poker tourneys at some local casinos and have not had any problem with seating for him since we made them aware of his condition.

I don't even know of the ADA applies on the Indian reservations but they have been accommodating to him.
