I swore off him for another reason not having to do with how long it took to get my chips. I sometimes get chips mailed out later than I should due to there not being enough hours in the day along with my owning another business. I CAN see where Jim would be upset after making it clear that he wanted to get the chips so he could clear things up. I myself don't wait for a check to clear, but I do wait for it to arrive because that is the best way for me to keep track of orders. The check comes, I make a copy & mark that copy when I mail out the chips. I have even had people E-Mail me asking why their check has not cleared AFTER they have the chips. Same reason, not enough time in the day & the checks sit here until I can get to the Bank. Another reason I wait for the checks is because you would be surprised at how many times I get people who E-Mail me wanting chips, I set them aside & never get a check. A month later I am putting those chips back in inventory & tossing out their E-Mail order. That's the nature of the Internet though & can't be helped. People change their minds or get chips elsewhere. Andy - Las Vegas
