I used to date a girl from DuBarry's on 1st Ave. and 52nd St. in the mid-60s who did the hair of several wait staff at 21. Was invited to late dinners after closing where afterwards we would walk over to Jilly's to pick up our car in the lot next door. If there was any form of gaming there at the time, I think I and all of NYPD would have known about it....including Rizzo (Jilly Rizzo was Sinatra's bodyguard at one time).
