This is fascinating. When you say the chip is extremely scare but not comparable to the Floridian 100, again as a relatively new collector, questions are raised.
What makes one illegal more valuable than another? Is it solely the history of the club/casino involved? Does the chip, itself play a role. Is a C&S "better" than a Diamond mold? Is a Rect mold "better" than a H&C mold. Are there other variables involved, age, location, beauty of the inlay/hot stamp. Or is it everything?
