Rich - Let me first say that I do not associate the word "elite" with humans...too dangerous.

Regarding my reason for calling the Floridian "100" the Grandaddy of the illegas is because it's the last of the series to be landed by an illegal chip collector where we actually knew what existted. The "50" was first introduced (100-pieces), then the "25" (one example), the "10" (about 12-pieces); the "1" (4-pieces)....and now the Grandaddy "100" (1-piece). Of course one of each piece is in the USPC Museum.

Perhaps someone else would care to respond to the balance of your question.

BTW, I have a 5¢ PAL'S CLUB chip available. The one you have a color copy of came from my inventory.
