On the Harrah's offer the refund is only good on a SECOND visit within a certain period of time. It's a great deal if you visit Las Vegas fairly frequently though. If you're not going to get back until say next year's convention it won't work for you. I suspect that's how the casino can make the offer, most people don't return to claim their refund. I wonder if the Stratosphere is same sort of deal?
