I can't believe you would do that! If you put an item up for auction on eBay and get a bid that is at or above your minumum acceptable bid, you are obligated to sell the item to the eBay bidder. Sure there are circumstances that would require you stop the auction early and not sell the item. For example: during the auction you discover that you have accidentially misrepresented the item, or the item is destroyed or lost. Getting a "better offer" elsewhere does not constitute a valid reason to take your item off the auction block. I think in a legal sense you are obligated to sell the item once placed on eBay and your selling requirements are met. (Although I can not imagine a way to enforce this.) I strongly believe you have a moral obligation to do so.
