It's been tried Pete. The casinos started putting limits on purchases of LE chips after entire releases were bought by one or two people

He isn't looking to destroy the market. I'm not gonna say all of what I really think here, but I will say I believe his actions cannot be separated from the LE guide that he has published. I could be wrong, but, it looks to me like he wants to remove at least some of the regular subscription providers of LE's, and it isn't just because he wants to sell the chips he already has....
