Yes I am looking into the problem. I have not received any other complaints from our foreign members. Maybe your post office is not done reading your issue as yet. I believe John Benedict e-mailed you about the envelop, once you receive it. I'd be interested in seeing how it was sent as I can go back to our mailing house. There should not be a problem from our end. I can put another copy in the mail to you.
