I won an auction from him and sent payment (only a few dollars). After I sent payment Ebay suspended him. I looked aand it appears that he had an unusual number of retractions on his auctions (he was using a shill). Anyway no chip no response to email. He was selling a bunch of chips. Anyone else deal with him?
