To find out who got more than their "fair" share of the HR $25 Cure chip....

Can we have Greg set up a survey? Should be pretty darn interesting as to what comes out as the answer. I propose the following questions.

1) Do you own a Hard Rock $25 Cure chip?

YES or NO
If you answered NO, you are done with the survey.
If you answered YES, then proceed to Question 2.

2) Did you get yours at face value?

YES or NO
If you answered YES, you are done with the survey.
If you answered NO, then proceed to Question 3.

3) Did you get yours from a HR Employee?

YES or NO
If you answered YES, you are done with the survey.
If you answered NO, then proceed to Question 4.

4) If you paid more than face for the chip, and you
did not get it from a HR Employee, please enter the name
of the person who you got it from.

5) How much did you pay for the chip? (optional)

After a period of say, 1 month, I would be real interested in seeing the names of the people appearing in the answer to Question #4.
