My favorite Friday night fish fry in LV is at Arizona Charlies steak house. Their crab legs are ALASKAN KING CRAB, not the skinny snow crab that so many places offer these days. Huge legs with the shells pre-cracked for you so all you need are the little crab forks they provide; leave your nut crackers at home!

You won't get one of the little guys shown on the poker chip below either. I think these come from Washington state <g>.
