BriaN; Those who are considered "premium players" will always have the inside advantage over what you term the "have nots". It's a fact of life in chipping circles. The other fact of chipping life is that there are also "premium buyers" who will pay virtually anything in order to get something they want. I don't make the rules.... but I do acknowledge the facts of chipping life. So how many A.C. Streak chips do you have to sell? I don't even have one to scan and post to the board.
