No, that's pretty close, John. However, I don't pay much attention to the edge spot alignment on the older, classic (expensive) roulettes such as you have illustrated. Yours would be more than acceptable to me as a Brighton.... if I did not already have one.
Usually, when I harvest a full stack of current roulettes, as a matter of preference, I pick out one chip for my personal collection where the two spots are in the 6 & 12 postion. Among my trading partners, they all know of my preferences so when they do any harvesting themselves, they know enough to put one of their 20 roulette chips aside for me that has this alignment.... or very close to it.
