You're going to just miss the Days of '76 when the town turns into a roaring riotous touristy pit. But it's a shame you're going for just a day; the Black Hills are beautiful; great fishing; good spelunking; great vistas; and as long as you don't mind the $5 limit, fun to play. If you are an Elk stop in at the club for a drink and some information of what to do and what not to do.
