Brian's RR and etiquette

I received Brians $1 RR yesterday and it will go out to Kyle Gorman tomorrow. I have a few comments about round robins in general, some of which apply to this one.

The starter of the round robin should put in a set of direction and rules. If there is something special about it (riverboat chips only, AC only, etc.) there needs to be something in there to tell everyone about it. Don't presume that because you posted something on the board two months ago we remember what you said. While I think that it would be difficult to exclude all used chips, an effort should be made not to put in damaged or badly worn chips. This round robin already has in it two chips with large chunks out of the rims and one with bad edge damage. The large chunks missing may be shipping damage. Please use something to protect the chips (even newspaper works). There was no packing in the box when I received it and the box had been badly crushed. After closing up a USPS box be certain to put tape on all of the edges. A loose chip WILL fall out of an untaped box. Try to leave the same type of chip selection as what you take. Don't take 15 chips from all over the country and leave 15 from AC. Remember the next guy on the list may be BEFORE you on the next round robin.

It's time to get off of the soapbox now but I do want to thank Brian again for doing this RR.
