First excuse me for using this board for a non-chip question, but I know each and every one of you has a opinion on this.

Would you go to a electronics store, auto dealership,computer store, etc and get information from a comissioned salesman and than go home and order the product you just got info on on line? Would you tell the salesman up front what your plans where ie buying online? do you think this would be fair to the salesman? I know this is a strange question, it was part of a dream I had last night.
