Don't be mislead - tokens like this never existed except in someone's fertile imagination! There are genuine brothel tokens but they never gave any indication of their use. There are genuine Gem Saloon tokens but this ain't one of them. The perpetrators of this garbage sell them wholesale for $8-10 per dozen. The Token And Medal Society has taken a strong stand on these and, further, maintains a collection of these for those of an interest.
