I was out looking for chips today in the flea-markets. I came across this device. It was with a few other razors. It looks like an ivory handled ???. Does any body recognize what this thing is. I'm sure it is barber/razor related but I can't imagine its use. There are the two holes. The other side of the metal piece is flat. There are no sharp edges anywhere. (Sorry for using the board for "non-chip" business but where else can one find such a broad variety of educated, erudite, experienced, thinking, helpful individuals?
