Hi Travis,
I hope I can help you with the identification of the chip. It is a York Rite Chapter and Council Mark. I was unable to find out what the last two letters stand for, but, maybe there will be a York Rite Mason out there who can help us.
(I am a Scottish Rite Mason).
The letters I know stand for: King Solomon's Hiram The Widow's Son (like I said, unable to recall what the last two letters stand for, but, I am sure they go back to Blue Lodge origion).
The Mark was used to pay the workers on King Solomon's Temple. In the inner circle a mark would be placed to identify the worker it belonged to.
On the chips pictured the Keystone is of the old design, which used all angles. The newer Keytsone has an arch at the top. The Keystone was the last stone to go in. This was done in order to lock all the stones together.
Hope I was able to help you out. This is the Texas version.
Charlie
