As usual I am unable to open your scan, Rich. It must be my server here at the University since I can open them at home. However, I have used both J&J baby oil and Vitamin E oil and prefer the latter. I don't use them on Crest & Seals or paper inlays. The oil has to be very light; put on lightly and then rubbed off completely. I agree that it can make a considerable difference particularly as to the colored chips.
