What is a "subchapter"? I only know of chapters. I submitted an article for the next issue of CC&TN about chapters and how to form one. Chapters are recognized by the CC>CC, it is in the bylaws. Basically, all you need to form chapter is organize a geographic or otherwise related group of CC>CC members. Then you submit a chapter membership request to the CC>CC membership officer along with $20. That's it.
